Bushey Rose Garden Classical Chorus

Due to the poor weather forecast for Sunday 25th July we have reluctantly taken the decision to cancel this outdoors event. However, we are pleased to confirm that Classical Chorus will now perform at the Rose Garden on Sunday 5th September at the same time. All tickets purchased for Classical Chorus on Sunday 25th July can be used for the new September date.

Ticket sales are now closed but you are still welcome to attend by making a donation at the gate on Sunday.

Hertfordshire’s Classical Chorus, delivers fun and exciting rehearsals learning favourite choral harmonies in an encouraging and friendly atmosphere. Twice monthly sessions explore singing technique and a variety of beautiful arrangements, including famous choruses such as Jerusalem, Gloria, and Va Pensiero.

The 150 strong adult choir have sung in many prestigious locations including Verona Cathedral, Sunday Mass in St Marks Basilica in Venice, Trafalgar Square, St Albans Abbey Cathedral, and Harrow School. Classical Chorus proudly hosted a concert at Shendish Manor with world renowned operatic tenor, Alexander James Edwards, where they performed Nessun Dorma and many other choral classics.
They have also raised thousands for many charities including Herts Musical Memories, Macmillan, The Poppy Appeal and Red Balloon Children’s Charity.

In 2022 they look forward to touring to Spain, where they will perform a full concert in Barcelona auditorium and in the renowned Barcelona Cathedral.
