Keith Bayley wowed the crowd in the afternoon slot at last year’s Festival in the Park. After years of playing guitar alongside some great singers both live and in the studio, a continuing passion for Americana, blues and country songwriting, Keith stepped up to the vocal mic to perform his own songs on acoustic and lap steel guitars. Influences include Jason Isbell, Paul Brady, Patty Griffin, Tom Waits, Martin Harley and Kelly Joe Phelps. Solo album ‘Rivers and Rain’ is now available on all digital platforms. The Three Crowns is the oldest inn of Bushey, in continuous service as a public house since 1749. It provides a warm and friendly environment for diners and casual drinkers and hosts a weekly quiz along with many other community events

The Royal Oak is a family and dog friendly Gastro Pub, located in the heart of Bushey, perfectly located between the Village and the Heath. They re- opened our doors to the public after a grand refurbishment in the first two months of 2018. With a brand new design and concept, they are proud to be serving quality food and drinks.
Bushey Heath resident, Nick Tidball, plays regularly in local venues. Last year you may have seen him perform on the Mallard Buskers stage at the inaugural Bushey Acoustic Festival he also launched the first of the music nights at the Three Crowns at the end of 2018. Nick will be performing with Steve Drake.

The King Stag is a family-run gastro pub in the heart of Bushey Village serving a seasonal menu seven days a week. They use locally sourced produce with food freshly cooked on site. They also serve a selection of craft ale, lager and ciders, and an extensive range of gin. The King Stag is probably our most dog-friendly pub with a dog menu, monthly dog walks and a warm welcome to all four legged friends
Missing the Ferry began making music when 3 brothers Anderson called upon Kevin Cunningham to perform at a quasi Irish wedding reception in St. Albans, summer, 1996. The marriage failed, but the band have gone from strength to strength performing at numerous other weddings, tennis clubs, Irish centres, school fetes and folk festivals around Hertfordshire and the south east of England.
They write their own songs about growing up as second generation Irish children as well as performing covers of well known Irish, Country and Folk songs. They will be performing traditional songs as a duo for us. You can listen to their music on soundcloud.com/missingtheferry
The Swan Pub is a well preserved example of a cosy Victorian pub nestled in the heart of Bushey Village. They specialise in Cask Ale and always have four on sale, as well as Cloudy Cider, Guinness and 3 Lagers.
You can warm up in front of the open fires with a chestnut or two – They also specialise in bar snacks with great toasted sandwiches, sausage rolls, pork scratching’s, pickled eggs/onions and every conceivable type of nut!
